Indonesian Liveaboards: Wakatobi - South Eastern Sulawesi

wakatobi dive resort Wakatobi National Park is the name of an archipelago located in an area of South Eastern, Sulawesi, and is now part of the Tukang Besi National Marine Park. The name Wakatobi is derived from the names of the main islands that form the archipelago: Wangiwangi Island, Kaledupa, Tomea, and Binongko.

Wakatobi Dive Resort is a secluded, intimate resort that is run by an international crew, the resort was carefully constructed with traditional methods embracing sound ecotourism principles. The architecture of the Indonesian longhouse and the Grand Bungalows are all very traditional and were all constructed by local craftsmen using traditional hand tools.

Wakatobi Marine National Park is the second largest Marine Park in Indonesia. A destination where you can dive the world's most pristine reefs and experience remoteness from everyday life in total comfort. SPEC & FASILITIES	SV Mona Lisa: Mona Lisa Expeditions during the 2008 season, the SV Mona Lisa will carry out routes mixing discovery and diving in the Komodo National Park and in Rajah Empat area. Leisure of diving expeditions are organized every week. In the Komodo National Park with its wildlife and particularly the famous “dragons”in their natural habitat or in the gorgeous archipelago of RajahEmpat, the guests will enjoy the dives or snorkeling in a crystalline water.

SPEC & FASILITIES	SV Moana: The Phinisi Schooner "MOANA" and her Crew are already for years well experienced with liveaboard dive trips to the famous Komodo area, but also to Nusa Penida and Lombok. The "Moana" starts their cruises basicly from Benoa Harbor/Bali or from Bima/Sumbawa. "Moana" is also available for charters or sunset dinner cruises.

SPEC & FASILITIES	MV Charlie: During the 2009 season, the MV Charlie will carry out routes mixing discovery and diving in the Komodo National Park. Leisure of diving expeditions are organized every week. Our Leisure and diving expeditions, on the MV Charlie are “unique”adventures. In the Komodo National Park with its wildlife and particularly the famous “dragons”in their natural habitat, our guests will enjoy the dives or snorkeling in a crystalline water.
